Our RESERVA wines are made with the inspiration of classic European (Spain & Italy) reserve cuvees. Since California has no rules on reserve wines, ours is based on the following criteria:
Barrel selection - culled from the production of the vintage and aged an additional year (three in total) before bottling. Then aged a minimum of five years in bottle before release. Our Reserva method goes beyond any established laws of Europe, truly aging the wine prior to release.
